The recent election victory in the legislative of Venezuela has excited the right-wing press such as Georgia Anne Geyer who excitedly looks forward Venezuela returning to the days where more masses were in poverty. The socialist experiment South America have been successful in bringing down the gap between people and there is far much less inequality in Venezuela after Hugo Chavez was elected president. The business global press of America didn't like this gap between the have and have nots being lowered and the recent gains by the Democratic Unity coalition who have more global interests than the interests of the average Venezuelan was a temporary set back as like the Te-Part Republican party in the United States can only achieve electoral success on off presidential years where the base of the ruling party does not come out. This is something you will not see written down and pointed out by a Georgia Anne Geyer and her recent column of this new direction for Venezuela will rock the hemisphere. Venezuela will erupt in a civil war before the population allows the gains be rolled back by this business party of individuals only interested in discovering more ways to loot the country for their own personal financial fortunes from the rest of the population. The Venezuela opposition looks so European and white ladino that their pictures could be from Spain or Mexico's gated Elmansions so one has to look at the global implications of Venezuela's elitism Miami-type influence in opposing the socialist regime of Venezuela. This columnist decries that the government nationalized 1500 companies nut ignores the reasoning behind it has they were being used to expand the dollar and use it to extort and be corrupting influence and driving profits out of the country leaving many behind and unable to enjoy the fruits of the country's wealth. American business interests have taken a hit with the currency devaluation in Venezuela and the United States does its best to try to keep their allies in Venezuela from installing a banana republic for those outside this sphere of influence. The contraction of the Venezuela economy is a result of policies and objectives by foreign and domestic business influences wishing to bring the government down to their knees and with this recent legislative success one can see the power of this method on the economy while blaming the socialists.
