Larry Frost
Harrison Ford in the newest version of star was is an absolute joke and just playing up to the people who remember the original version in 1977. I don't know how you try to start a new franchise and stories using bits from the original and ones that especially look nothing like the version people remember and there no need to a nostalgia to give Harrison Ford an opportunity to be in this new Star Wars movies. Harrison was recently asked why he returned to this new version in a recent talk show host and basically he admitted because of the money. So a Harrison Ford really doesn't appreciate the Hans Solo character and in some sort of twisted actor way I imagine he even resents the popularity of Hans Solo over some of his preferred characters through the years. The issue though is Hans solo 2015 is nothing like Hans 1977 and Harrison Ford is too dam old to be fighting anything aside from the evil forces of dementia. if Harrison looked as he did in 1977 I bet he would of been to old even to play Ob \One Kenobee or whatever that fucking character is named. There is a reason that Ob One kenobee was killed off quickly in the first movie before much of the action scenes developed becuae producers and executives realized even though how absurd it would look for an old geezer to be leading any rebellion. it was a young athletic Luke Skywalker that could glide on a rope to another platform and luckily for the movie audiences Ob One kenobee committed suicide. Without his characters sacrifice in the movie I doubt Star Wars even would of been a hit back then and perhaps this was the telling moment of this overrated franchise. I havn't seen anything more than the previews but all Sar War fans can only hope the geriatric Harrison Ford Hans Solo character is a short-lived suicide character in this new trilogy of Star Wars making room for new characters and leads to develop into the future.
