 A massive payday lending scam has been discovered by the FBI and this case illustrates why wealthy people fight against government and fund libertarians. Scott Tucker was some asshole business man turned race car driver that authorities say allegedly defrauding more than 4.5 million people through deceptive loan terms that charged interest rates of as much as 700 percent. The Department of Justice says Tucker’s scam grew into a $2 billion business, which he protected from regulatory oversight for years by striking sham arrangements with Native American tribes, including the Miami Tribe of northeastern Oklahoma. what was shameful of my part was reading the involvement of the Miami tribe in helping this greedy White businessman defraud so many people through his outrageous payday loan company. 
The DOJ announced it had reached a non-prosecution agreement with the  Miami Tribe, which, prosecutors allege, systematically helped Tucker hide his involvement in the business and protect it from regulatory oversight due to the special tribal sovereignty status tribes enjoy in the United States. This fuck along with his attorney used the tribe status of these Native Americans to financially benefit themselves and use some one hundred million dollars to finance his professional race team and buy a ton of luxury items. Mr Tucker tried to hide some two billion fucking dollars in fraudulent business by saying his company was owned and operated by Native American tribes. Thus jagoff had drawn scrutiny by the number of payday loan businesses that kick consumers in the ass who are sually on the edge needing these loans with an incredible markup percentage rate of 700 percent and they were often popping up taking key buildings in big corner spots in many suburban villages preying on people.  US attorney Preet Bharara said that Scott Tucker and Timothy Muir were exploiting millions of struggling people by charging these illegally high interest rates. Those involved with the Miami tribe got away much easier than these two men will as they agreed to pay back some forty eight million dollars they had received through this crooked NASCAR asshole and his Level 5 Motersports company he bilked people so he could have five McMansions from Aspen to Boston and several jets to go along with a fleet of luxury automobiles. He had been rumored to put up a bid for some 40 million at an auction for one of the original Batmobiles and markedly this is what brought him under the eyes of government.
