between the hours of June 14-15 in a New York City Nightclub called W.i.P Tony parker al\most lost his eye. Tony Parker is a NBA star use to getting his fan base to find dates and if he lost his eye it would of hurt his ability to play the game at an excel ability. He was with fellow bigshot musicians(or rappers) named Drake and Chris Brown and they got into huge brawl with bottles being broken and skinny bartenders like myself being thrown to the ground. parker had a shard removed from his eye in an emergency surgery. Tony Parker makes a huge amount in the professions of importance called basketball but he apparently needed more money for emotional damage and he sued this new York City nightclub for a cool twenty million that could easily pay to up-grade his home full-court gym at his sprawling estate.
The suit alleges that the owners and operators of the nightclub were "negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two" and contends the owners failed to provide "sufficient and efficient security. Now this was back in 2012 and in 2014 the WIP and another SoHo nightclub shut its doors down as neighbors complaints finally got the city to take these noise violations and shit attitudes out of the trendy neighborhood giving less opportunities for rap moguls to fight and NBA stars like Tony parker to find an excuse to sue. that is why I love bartending at the Itasca Inn in beautiful Irving park Road in Itasca.
No NBA over-paid scum. no black musicians. No confrontations and a place where thugs bypass and tattoo elites go smoke their joints in another one. people who are star struck struck the likes of fools like Chris Brown, Drake, and Tony Parker deserve to get some eye candy damage themselves and a emergency surgery to both the eye and brain.
