Andy Zaltzman has decided to leave the Bugle Podcast out of merry old England because he has other shit to do. The Larry Fine stooge looking British comedian entertained thousands of podcast listeners through the years with his take on British culture and politics and just out of the blue this June he decided he was kaput. Over the course of nine years, “The Bugle” was biting and hilarious. Based in the U.S. and Britain, it was more or less stateless, like if the BBC World was mostly bullshit. It was also something of a survivor, outlasting many of its favorite targets—such as Muammar Gaddafi and Osama bin Laden.
Both of these dudes played well with each other and the informative great dialogue on British life and their take on American politics will be missed through this blog and it is a shame this fuck greed ass Andy Zaltzman and co-host John Oliver have been doing the "Bugle" podcast since 2007 but for the past two years they barely put out one program per year. In my mind John Oliver and Andy Zaltzman got lazy and much like a corporation once they extracted all they could get from a base they 
like just dam lazy to continue talking about world event sand didn't care about their listening base that gave them some seven million downloads and much accolade from the broadcasts world from both sides of the pond.The show has recently found a surge of interest from the United States, owing in part to Mr. Oliver’s frequent appearances on “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart.” The number of downloads has nearly doubled in the last 18 months, according to rough statistics provided by Mr. Skinner, with much of the increase coming from American listeners. It is currently ranked among the top podcasts on iTunes. the case of the Bugle podcast illustrates there really is no way in the long run to make a lot of money through this medium as obviously if there was a way both of these stooges would continue their podcasts and thoughts of current events to the English speaking internet world.The Bugle is no more and for international news nerds like myself this is a brutal lost.
