Fiagro is a cockatoo locked u in some cage in Vienna where biologists use this bird as a testing Guinea pig. Biologists are now declaring that Fiagro is now a tool builder because he chewed on some stick and used it to drag a cashew into the cage and devoured it into his belly . people are ow going to think Cockatoos are these brilliant birds and creatures because Fiagro somehow took twenty five minutes to figure out he could manipulate a piece of wood for his benefit. Many animals have used tools usually to use it for access to eat and fill their tummy, but few were observed sculpting raw material as this Fiagro. Scientists are puzzled that with no obvious adaptive pressure this bird was able was to take time to quickly create and mend a stick. Alice Auersperg says that this is a sign of the birds intelligence of this particular cockatoo and his cage mates have not been able to master this trick. Fiagro was either an intelligent bird or just one that really has a taste for cashews nd was freaking determined to get at it being teased by these biologists. I'm sure given a chance and studied intently scientists could find a parakette to repeat this carpentry trick and media publicity given by the science community.
