Bus in libraries reside because few other places are open to them. they often smell up the aisle and take up important seats for young patrons who need the resirces to develop their brain and not be exposed to those who have lost it. Take for example this fool Clyde in a Wheaton, Illinois library as Clyde is a peranent fixture in this place. Clyde will walk around and set chairs after people leave hoping for soe loose jingle who ca use to buy liquor. This fool sometime siis mistaken as a library empoyer by folks even though he isn't and just a total handout free seeking dipshit.
How exclusive Wheaton, Illinois even allows an ass like this to hang around its libraries, colleges, and downtown is unbelievable. The guy walks around the library acting like security and often gazes at young women reading the latest harry Potter books. This guy is a creep and a freak and idiots like him ruin pubic places. I have even seen the son of a bitch pan handle right in the library. Clyde is a bum and this fool is no deserving of entrance into a library as he would be into any grammar school in the Wheaton area yet somehow the presence of hobos and their actions is tolerated in public libraries and especially given the point they are not there to read or do anything constructive on computer etc etc. Clyde is Wheaton's disgrace and his presence in the library nd neurotic behavior intended to be a reminder of these tramps of the Middle Class suburbanites that losers are within the fringes of civilized society posing the same dangers as wild injuns in the bush and on the fringes generations ago.
