David Pakman refuses to come to his senses and see the economic impact of foreign investment in creating these mega-cities in America as the center of the economy. I have recently been calling David Pakman, following my dismissal as editor in chief of this blog, and to attempted to be a guest on his program to discuss why there are eight gas stations per square mile in suburban and rural area yet only about one or two in Downton elite urban areas and this is clearly a plan to make the downtowns nicer and more livable for the ultra -wealthy to further seclude themselves and be more easily protected by police. Pakman has lived in Boston and the smaller quaint villages in Massachusetts who limit the opportunity of chains in their towns and make gas stations either rare or retain their smallness never really becoming truck noisy depots that the poor trash in ruralburbia have to deal with.
Davis Pakman is an Israeli-Argentine foreigner whose family likely paved his way to an ivy League education in Massachusetts's and allowed him to buy a microphone a camera and be this YouTube entrepreneur with perhaps a few thousand subscribers. Pakman played one of my calls concerning this topic and dismissed the notion of a conspiracy to only have ugly big box cheap stores or the dollar places in outer rural areas and have all the nice ritzy places and luxury sport sin downtowns. A Davis Pakman has no problem with America being like your typical European city such as Paris where all the nice spots are in Paris and the banlieues are where the poor and immigrant are regulated. In a way many cities are set up this way now in a conspiracy and the recent riots in Milwaukee are a reflection of this and the aspect the real estate markets and wealthy immigration and investment coming to America is a major cause which liberals like David Pakman are not willing to acknowledge.
