Portillos restaurants is a fast expanding new corporate fast food conglomerate bought off from Dick Portillo wishing to develop the same growth and power structure with various local villages around the country and getting new construction built with crony companies. Portillos is a shit hot dog and burger joint that sells over-priced meals that are not good but given the massive decrease of hot dog stands in the Chicago region and the growth of ethnic dominance eateries (Chinese kitchens,Taquerias) Portillos has thrived in the Chicago region from less places to get All-American standard food. Dick Portillos has sold out and this company has now gone global owned by some hedge fund Berkshire fund (Warren Buffet) who plan on trying to bring this chain all about the country is a massive new construction growth plan sure to make many industries and governments pockets filled.
Keith Kinsey was brought on board having worked a similar plan for getting Noodles and Company in so many strip malls and making American suburbs all look the same with connected strip malls and parking lot dominating the boring landscape of this ugly eye-sore country. he Kinsey report will entitle more parking lots, more land, and more expensive food while paying the workers little and fighting the minimum wage law as much as this corporate honcho can in order for these global fast food companies can pay a jackass like Kinsey four hundred times the amount of those workers making the crummy hot dogs ,bad burgers, and shaking the salt-filled French fries t the ignorant fat masses in the Midwest.
The last thing this country needed was another hedge fund pushing resources and a brand to be in so may places that sells mostly fat and nasty shit further exploding the average Americans waistlines and filling them so full of both soda and sodium until their blood rises much like if you shake and let loose of a coke a cola 20 ounce bottle. This is the new service sector and stellar jobs brought about in America today through global finance as workers at Portillo's work in a frantic pace with little income expectations and rise of opportunity for the worker as was available for years with a strong manufacture base that we allowed corporate brands to take away from America. 
New CEO Keith Kinsey and other CEO big wigs occasionally stop at the restaurants and work the line for ten to twenty minutes to get an experience how awful it is to work in a restaurant and not be financially rewarded as he seems to enjoy likely laughing in his head what fools these people are and lucky he is.
