Global trade has benefited Asians tremendously in this country as their per capita family incomes is astronomical compared to native born people in this country. Two of the leading Asiatic benefactors in America recently wrote a piece tin wall Street Journal saying Donald Trump can't touch trade deals and that NAFTA and WTO here to stay.
Julian Ku is a law professor at Hofstra University who often worries and wonders of the attacks against neo-liberalism in this country and worries it is an attack on the Asian middle man in America that has financially gained at global trade at the expense of the American manufacture worker who has seen opportunities erased thanks to this Asian scam and our politca; "leaders' who have sold out this country to the highest Asian Chinese bidder.John Yoo likewise is a law professor and both men and their ilk have helped change American law and define it to serve the interests of foreign companies and their own Chinese counterparts as part of a fifth colony of Chinese "soft' power whose economic and financial terrorism has been anything but soft on the economy of this nation. Basically Yoo and Ku want the status quo and work against Donald Trump to keep their Asian global trade destruction of America going at full speed as China uses are purchasing power to increase their armies and navies and threaten their neighbors funding the creation of missile technology and sea bases for the growing Chinese empire.
This growth would not be able to gin leverage without the work of men like professors Julian Ku and John Yoo infiltrating our academia and court system and while they are correct that Donald Trump can't singlehanded destroy NAFTA and trade pact deals to improve China, a trump administration and work with congress can rewrite and rework all trade deals and destroy the power it is giving to mad dog countries such as China right now. Congress has the power to alter our tariff, tax, custom laws and whether these two law Asians shits like it or not sooner or later congress will work ending the Chinese monopoly and colonialization of our corporate system. Ku and Yoo say changes must go through congress and evidently they are proud their accumulated dollars are buying this institution out and having it work for wealthy Asian middle men business elites and the one percent more than work for the masses of American citizens and it is Asian like Ku and Yoo who are the real enemies of the state and reason for the decline of America. Men like these two likely pushed hard for more inclusion of TPP trade pact, which was a secretive, multinational trade agreement that threatened to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement, giving more opportunities for Asian business to sue and use the federal courts to prevent Americans from having the ability to stand up to the Asian polluting business ploy for profit. 
These are the type of men who have manipulated the law system of America to work for their benefit and against us by tryin g to make it ultra difficult to change custom trade laws through their corrupt members of congress beholden to Asian business money and allowing Chinese business men to dominate America as they do other Asian countries. Ku and Yoo may not like it but step one is under way of changing the way global trade pact deals were done to benefit the likes of authoritarian China over America.
