Comic art scrub Mark Peaslee didn't amount to much as a comic artist and he had a strip in the University of Illinois newspaper in 1993 and made headlines and had his fourteen minutes of fame. he put out a comic strip on the same day of the first World trade center bombing in which the character basically was going to new York to bomb the twin Towers. Mark Peaslee likely had some inside information and despite much scrutiny and investigations nothing was to be found. The chances tough of a remote and little-read comic strip in a big ten school paper coming out with a strip portraying the actual bombing of the twin towers on the same day radical Muslims car bombed the shit out of the towers was an astronomical coincidence
Mark Peaslee and his go die character talked to his dog and was explaining that if the actor Chris Elliot didn't get a Emmy award that he was going to go to Los Angeles and blow up the World trade center and the punch line was the dog reminding the nutob that the tower was in new York. Six people did in fact die on February 27 as a massive truck bomb ripped into the bottom garage of the tower the same day Mark Peaslee go die strip appeared in the school paper and I am still skeptical that this guy did not have some for seen knowledge of the upcoming attack and did little to prevent it and thought it was a humorous predictive opportunity to gain himself some fame.
