Tony Hsieh and Zappos wants to get rid of the boss

Whitaker Marshal
Zappos is another technology company that seeks to change the workplace and its globalist owner Tony Hsieh recently made a decision for the on-line shoe selling company to basically get rid of management. the eccentric and neurotic business cult like approach this man and the other technocrats have created is indicative of the intrinsic nature of the technocrat plutocrats dominating the economy.  Hsieh seeks to replace the typical American business hierarchy tat has run things well in the past and seeks an hide and seek approach of playtime on company time. Work is a four letter word when you are a technology driven monopolist with little worries and opportunities for experimentation that Zappos seeks to accomplish and basically erase any glass ceiling with a company that doesn't have competition or promotion.Tony HsiehGood luck with that and the decision of Hsieh for this outlook is reflective of the transformation millenniums think they are entitled concerning the workplace. These people don't seek to work or be confide in an office but want to be n coffee houses and fine eateries as they are plugged in their work and one must ask this idiot Hsieh whey then even have a company if there is no management or steps to climb in a corporate ladder.  Clearly the decision from this kleptocrat to undermine drive is a decision likely to have dire consequences for this stupid company in all reality shouldn't really exist. Shoes should be the one product people wish to see and touch before purchasing. Clearly this decision from nimrod was a disappointment to those already in management positions and workers must be asking themselves what am I here for is there is no room for growth or advancement of career. These people are just Al Bundy's  and call center folks and slaves to master Tony's Zappos empire.
