Richard Florida talked a little of "Cities of Tomorrow" in the Atlantic magazine not too long ago as are favorite urbanist writer and pro-city writer/advocate Mr Florida is nothing like the people who live in the state he shares. The importance of control and funding of infrastructure in this game is explained by Richard Florida and usually a dude like king Richard wouldn't waste his time of day on video games but this particular game is right up his alley. Florida also thinks it is a good comparison to the dilemma real-life cities face on todays world weighing the constant needs of the entrepreneur class who determines the trajectory of economic growth. Florida states again on why the super rich cities are getting richer in this article and lays it to blame that all these ambitious people think they have to be in these mega-cities and this is the way corporate America and the global world feels and explains why cities like St Louis or others loss huge chunks of this pie.
Florida doesn't say though these tech hubs and knowledge areas key knowledge is best how to corrupt the local governments that the elite players play the public to enriched themselves through other nefarious wealth and inequality dividers. These cities are immigrant centers as well because this is where other countries corrupting classes like to move too and move their assets and fortunes away from their native lands. Florida likes to hang around these cities and find various excuses why inequality is spreading taking pictures around graffiti and acting like he is form the street. The winner take all attitude of Wall Street though is what is really driving these cities and one doesn't have to play Sim city video games to see this illusion of reality. The larger pay scales and gaps goes back into these cities making them untenable for most Americans and these tech hubs can basically be seen as a colony within America by the global corruption classes from around the world and these people have corrupted the very basis of the American business man and politicians in blue progressive cities. The powerful ongoing economic loop is basically only enjoyed by these cities and the greed of the cities is partially a huge reason why the American public stood up and elected Donald Trump last fall as trade is the catalyst for further economic domination of these supposedly "rock star " cities that Richard Florida heal ads and claims people are naturally brighter and more ambitious. These people ar enot more ambitious but want to live in an ecosystem where they get money for nothing and work is play and dining out with friends as they have gamed the politics and system in these global tech hubs of talent. the talent consists of not working for a living and draining the wealth into their region at the expense of other regions. The chump Florida again reasserted that it is the landlords preventing thousands of skyscrapers and increased density to the affects of lets say 2000 per square mile everywhere that is the real culprit and causing housing to be so high which is absurd as this clown doesn't want to say its the influx of "creative' or corrupt outsiders (foreigners) that is what is driving Americans form being unable to afford living in these rockstar supersize American economic engines. This jackass wants to pen up America to more devastating 9/11 attacks by clustering tall buildings all next to each other and no where in his article dies a Florida say of spreading the wealth or ideas of getting some of these fine creative talent people outside these cities and spread out. if they are so talented why do these fuck heads need to be in San Francisco and don't go to Detroit instead and help rebuild the city with all available lots and land for the cheap? Florida wouldn't dream or think of that as that would be thinking outside the box.
At least sir Richard mentioned real estate and the bubble and over-valuation of properties in maintaining economic and regional disparities in America. Much of the suppose wealth of these rock stars come from housing that they and their real estate cronies set as market value claiming high values for being in areas that scam the tax payers as seen in Chicago with the mysterious TF financing and bringing restaurant owners and urban elite neighborhoods together to justify these hot areas of housing. the scam includes the pushing out of people who are seen by this creep as less ambitious and talented because they are not part of this fraudulent financing system nor can get loans for their money losing business or restaurants that often gets a bail out and eventual sale down the road from their friends.
