Another boring baseball season over and remembering the 2000 White Sox-Tiger fight

   The highlight of the boring 2000 baseball season was a massive fight and brawl that took place between the Chicago White Sox and the Detroit Tigers. This was not a baseball fight like the others and for three times during this game fighting between the baseball teams nearly went out into the streets from White Sox park. The various players involved are long gone and forgotten from the game so there is no real sense to mention the main culprits and instigators as these players but most were marginal players with short uninteresting careers far form ever occupying a place in Cooperstown. many were bloodied up like they were in combat but the only combat they were engaging wa sin the mind of nonsense that is baseball fights and silliness. There are few fights in Rugby and pro Football and there is something about the lack of contact and respect baseball player must feel that is a social need to express oneself in these type of fights. The actual baseball bats and balls are never really use din these fights and one must wonder if these are fake staged fights to settle scores

I believe Bo Jackson and frank Thomas was in this video as he was trying to play peacekeeper between these  brawlers but this was in reality when baseball and the WWF met one another. This was not a baseball event in 2000 but a circus and bar room brawl of 1800 circa and not baseball in 2000. About the only thing interesting in the long boring noncompetitive pennant races now seen in baseball are baseball b rawls people can easily come across on You-tune of scenes of baseballs past.

In 2017 no baseball fight resembled this farce and baseball has come a long way since this 2000 season where a baseball match between the Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers almost produces massive casualties like a Venezuelans street protest gone loco. This brutal fisticuffs went out into the outfield unheard of in the history of baseball fighting and the attention needed by many of these utulity players this day was incredible. most of these clowns would be out of baseball by 2005 but this fight still lives and is available for discover in 2017.
