It is December of 1986 and Hulkamania is getting stale after a few years as the iconic worship and draw of Hulk Hogan and fake wrestling comes to the fame Boston Garden. Hulk Hogan couldn't believe it and what hit him hard as this night he would get trashed and beaten unlike any fake encounter in the squared ring. Kamala has always been my favorite wrestler and I often look at this Giant Ugandan savage and his matches on YouTube and the one where he challenges defending WWF champion Hulk Hogan is amazing.
Kamala quite literally tore the ass of Hulk Hogan beating him so severely he should of been awarded the championship just for the image of this whether fake or not Hulk Hogan was down and out like a baby and bleeding like a bull b east in a Spanish ring. Kamala was a savage and the WWF was not prepared to give the championship to a black man and one especially portraying a savage beast but on this night he definitely deserved the title and a huge rematch could of been put forward for the Hulkster to avenge tnhis loss.
However, Vincent K McMahon was in the hets of a wrestling war and take over of regions and the last thing he wanted was a African foreigner of the likes of Kamala representing and holding the title even though it would of been genius to give this beast it for a few month. Hogan won the match but the damage to the image and brand of Hulk Hogan was done by this match and it represented the beginning g of the downfall of Hulk Hogan despite the eventual hype to the following Wrestlmania that was made between Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant instead of what it should of been in Hulk Hogan against Kamala giving the number of beatings the Ugandan Giant had given to the Hulkster. The Boston crowd seemed not so enthusiast seeing a bloody Hulk Hogan give a pose down and this was one of the quietest receptions I have ever seen following another Hogan victory in the eighties.
