Apple is being sued after a Los Angeles man decided to sue the technology behemoth for their drastic actions to force consumers to constantly consume new products and help pay for Apples massive advertising budgets. It has long been rumored that Apple slowed down older Phones in an attempt to annoy and force customers to buy new products every other year instead of hanging onto a phone as one would a laptop that worked perfectly fine. This type of corporate practice illustrates the problem with monopolies as an Apple was able to get away and have few question this tactic used against their loyal customer base. Few technocrats or technology paid hack journalists ever took Apple to task for this practice and the perfect Christmas gift for Apple haters and those wishing doom to this company was delivered a few days ago as Tim Cook and Apple is in some knee-high deep shit.
Cook wants to keep the doors open to Apples massive redistribution of wealth and the lawsuit claims Cook gives fake news about having to update software and slow down of services and internet to save battery life of older Apple models. This bastard also is an apologist and advocate for the undemocratic nature and course of China and having American companies back a repressive authoritarian regime like china should be seen as a threat and totally alarming for our democracy. The idea though that Apple would install and force updates of its software to make peoples phones work slower as new ones were created should pretty much show the consumer what this company is all about and how support for it should be non longer tolerated.
Only lawsuit like this and full exposure to the practices of a company thinking it is too big to fail or stopped will end their dominance and monopoly and bring about improvement and changes that are beneficial for the consumer and not more costly forcing more unwanted purchases of new models. Apple has long sought to trick its customer into purchases much more earlier than necessary in order to preserve the treats and continuing streams towards its tricky engineers who have used the technological giants and dominance to push income inequality in many parts of the country.
