The predicament of oil price and the swinging of it under a certain price that can cause wreck to oil companies was explained by James Howard Kuntsler to Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert in a recent interview. James Howard Kuntsler explained why peak oil didn't happen and th ecost of production and efficiency of fracking odd oil in rocks and canyons has helped to keeping SUV and constant driving at minimal costs for this sprawl ugly drive-by fly by traffic congested country. Whether it is urban walk able fancy pants/clothes pants,expensive restaurant neighborhoods or fly by drive by rural setting this country is a shit hole. The shit hole though requires massive amounts of energy to warm it highrises and shacks and bring about people to drive to Star Bucks or the buck dollar store.
James Howard spoke often of the predicament we face with oil and that the drilling will come to an end and instead of black gold only dust rock will come out of these four mile pipes dotting the rural backwater rock country of middle America. What we are getting more than oil out of these insane costly wells is natural gas and Howard Kuntsler spoke of the insanity of thinking we can jar and store this gas like ahh tomatoes or potatoes and export it to Western Europe. The US is not an oil exporting country despite contradictions and it is costly as fuck to ship it out for export.
