Money Speak
John Oliver some years back took a swipe at lotteries talking about how the state of Oregon ushered in massive amount of mobile video gaming opportunities in restaurants and bars. The amount of video games and opportunities for people to lose money as increased exponentially in states across America and the branding of more video poker machines resembles the spread of arcades in the early eighties.
The only difference is that people can blow much more than quarters in these rigged games and HBA Late night with John Oliver talked about this and state lotteries in a 2014 video and his deal don how lotteries are scam that don't really help anyone or schools. All they do is find new ways to help others to other peoples money and John Oliver's exposure and news of state lottery and now video gaming scams needs to be watched by more people. Only to then when and if more people realize that these lotteries are taxes and scams and government got into this racket a long time ago realizing private lotteries were preventing them form their own take and share then perhaps people will end this waste and rain on their savings
John Oliver says these advertising for state lotteries are so misleading often scamming people with dreams of actually having a realistic chance but in fact they have mega-chances of not osing and just emptying their savings any loose jingle and bills. John played many dumb commercials that lottery scams bring into the revenues and arenas of advertising companies and profiteers playing on peoples weaknesses and stupidity in seeing how they have about as much chance of winning the lotteries as becoming the next Elon Musk martian immigrant billionaire.Folks would be better off investing in trees planting them and then claiming market valuation of ten billion dollars for their planting.
