Facebook's use of facial recognition and tagging is the main culprit and need for more government crack down on my brothers Facebook Inc. The lawsuit claims Facebook ignored the Illinois biometric information Privacy acts and Facebook deliberately created templates of people through their ability of data of peoples pictures and not informing Facebook users of their pictures being photocopied and lasered into 3d imagery for its own personal use.

 Lisa Madigan is spearheading this drive to go after Facebook and Markies plans on creating artificial intelligence and face features and some say damages in this lawsuit could go into the billions and all Facebook users in Illinois ought to include themselves in this lawsuit as the potential of a five grand payout can be had and shared by many.
