A Spanish collegiate golfer was killed by a homeless dirtball, a young man with past history of trouble and numerous violent charges and who was living in the woods with several other men his age. Colin Richards looked and spoke like a troll and basically this danger of homeless dangers lurking about is nothing new and America seen Tramp fear in the 1870's where these bums caused a scare hopping and killing across America. Celia Barquien was ruthlessly murdered by Colin Richards and dudes like Richards and fellow Iowan lady killer Christian Riveria should both immediately be cuffed,stuffed, and killed as there is no place like animals like them in society. This fat shit had some two dozen criminal cases and this was an animal eventually ready to attack innocents and the criminal justice system failed allowing this fuck freedom. We can only hope he gets shanked in prison.The history of the mental illness and homeless tramps causing havoc can be traced to the scare and mayhem committed by the homeless hobos in the 1870s and pretty much individuals mentally so incompetent and unwilling to work and not cause mischief like Colin Richards to top be cordoned off form society and put into a homeless confine or camp and sealed off form the rest.
The deaths of these two University of Iowa and Iowa state students can be paid to the cause of them residing in shitty red states that does little to lock up and spend on enforcing the laws or putting criminal shits like Richards in the can and locked away and killers like hi should not be tolerated and tax supported by the public. . This guy did enough crime leading up to this murder where he shouldn't not have been residing in the woods with his urge to kill women but should of been in a cell sweating away an Iowa summer.
