Lalapalooza is a extravagant for the elite class who fund and shove this bad music upon Chicago and have police and security costs skyrocket as more and more every year massive arrests are produced by these concerts. Chicago is large city and large cities are not the appropriate place for these mega concerts of the elites which most are in really remote areas where security and surveillance can be better established. I reckon that lalapalooza and other large scale music events are really not profitable and are based on the need to smuggle money into society from dark avenues and Milt and other conservatives wonder how the city can make such an event from music few listen and pay attention and he even questions today's sales of music most of it now having to with streaming instead of actual vinyl actual product.
