  The Twisted hippo and some apartment buildings burned down in Chicago's  Albany Park neighborhood is a major suspicious fire as this is an area developers long  wanted to tear down and build back better. The displacement of Colombians , Ecuadorea, Venezuelan-Americans and other non-Mexican Hispanics is something that local developers wanted to do for some time as those that profit from replacing nice sturdy aesthetic appeasing one and two story buildings with UN agenda 21 style Cabrini Green buildings sis a economic development scam with no plans of slow down. The Twisted Hippo brewery burned to a crisp along

with anther ninja play fake business as many of these business occupying one time traditional urban space and business of retail has been supplemented with these oddball businesses that few people ever partake and venture into nor have a need, The Twisted Hippo Brewery though was a business used by the people in the neighborhood would go and many people did in fact have their kids programmed for events as this local playground/gym although likely not enough to warrant its existence unless it had a special cheap deal with the owner of this building. Howard Lebron Kuntsler saw his fire on the news and ten came out on is podcast and stated that cities across America are in a build up race to tear down and build back better and what they mean by better is to maximize profits and get more and more people living up with buildings with higher and higher stories and much taller which is insane that people would want t live in these lego block lifestyle.

This is another  suspicious fire in Chicago and many of these locations  that had fires soon sees a bigger more luxury upscale project take its place adding further to the congestion of the area and this is likely what will happen in Chicago;s Albany Park as it is a walk able community people form the suburbs wish to get away from "Truck country" and other massive congestion that corroded limited streets and avenues can destroy a city as James Howard Kuntsler often rallies against in his writings and books. Chicago's Albany Park will see an influx and thus Chicago Fires are needed to git the smaller space and build back better with displacement  of those undesirables that many would like to push out of the neighborhood and into the suburbs.
