bring about lego style housing everywhere as developers are so fucking greedy they want to stack as many people on top of one another with no privacy and always having to hear people living above you instead of enjoying a house with a private backyard. Professor Munger says this Ukrainian style of
environment is something the globalists live and seek to spread and these big condo complexes are unstable housing often having these large building sink and the foundations are not stable in the long term. foreigners from tasking over and raising home prices creating more of a demand as the libertarian in Munger supports unlimited growth and America needs to have a similar law just passed in Canada preventing these wealthy foreigners from purchasing collecting so many homes for themselves just because they can and this is the number one problem of rising home costs as
resources are depleting and only the ultra wealthy can afford these humongous homes or over-priced buildings being constructed and the likes of professor Munger will not be satisfied until every tract of land is covered in development in North Carolina. Every where I look some high rise is being built and our corrupt housing and developers don't want to build single family homes along with people moving and spreading to other states and areas and this is what is causing the dramatic increase of housing consts along with greed, For once Canadian tyrant Justin Trudeau came for the Canadian people as Nigerian and Chinese CCP🤑 connected foreign investors were making a mockery and buying up the country and it got so bad fort he locals and Canadian home buyers that Trudeau had no choice and had to end this. We need this same limitation and complete abolishing of American hosing properties from foreigners looking to flip and make a profit from increasing American home prices and if this Duke professor can't understand this perhaps he should take come more economics and real estate classes to see the disastrous affects of opening up our housing stock to every Tom, Dick, Harry, Johannes, Rajaha, and Sheito international hone buyers. because North Carolina communities want to keep their area like Mayberry and Munger is such a hack for the globalists he demands they change and put all of these Cabrini Green style condo complexes everywhere or have constant construction of Mcmansions over farmland until there is mass starvation. Professor Munger also doesn't like that government limited housing constructions and dare set a number of required parking spaces as parking is regardless to housing construction in Munger's mind and if people can;t find a parking spot in these developments they can get a Uber or purchase themselves a large drone or Jet Pack to move about get in to your home as parking is irrelevant and homes need to be built for the profit of developers .
