Andrea Metcalf's misleading fitness book

Carl Olsen
I don't know who Andrea Metcalf is but I saw a book with her on the cover called "Naked Fitness" and I checked it out real fast. This is another exercise book who claims to be an expert of proven ways for a faster and slimmer body. I flipped through the pages and as I expected there were not any naked pictures and it turns out the basis of this oak is the recommendation of working out naked and not being bummed by your body. He importance of that and effective changes to lifestyle and diet changes is the usual talking points by all these slim authors. Andrea insists that exercise not need to be painful or sore into the next d Nd the emphasized gentle exercise is one of the methods she  extremely advocates to her readers. The book is chop full of suggestions for eating habits that are high in protein  and nutrition as many of these books are and readers need to have a pretty good income to eat the real natural food she recommends and not the cheap processed Aldi products so many bring to their dining table to save a few bucks. The amount of dishes she suggests is staggering and this book has plenty of pictures of stretches and other easy exercises this honey records although none of them are naked as the title suggests. I am still looking for the naked fitness book out there and perhaps one day there actually will be one and not another cover tease.
