The hypocrisy of Priyanka Chopra

Lester Yates
Many ethnic actresses such as Bollywood's famed Priyanka Chopra pushes for diversity and says the girls next door have changed. The pressing need for entertainment is diversity and this is the need for the hour. of course,  diversity this actress from India who now stars in something called Quantico on television doesn't want to see actual true human diversity that would change the status quo of the beautiful people who should dominate television especially roles for women in this woman's thinking. Clearly she wouldn't also think diversity is important in Bollywood films and ahhh say an opening should be developed for actresses from Zambia in ahhh lets say the production and more access to foreign roles in Indian programming. No one says that Indian and Pakistan programming should be open to people and actresses that couldn't look like they could be a former Miss World contestant which this woman is and the only reason she is in any film production and starring role. The ethnic diversity these people promulgate is total bullshit from an industry that never has true looking people on air often in their programming and I think the last TV program that had real people as every episode was barney Miller. in an interview with Instyle magazine Priyanke Chopra would often go to Manhattan and sit outside Saks Fifth avenue and just watch pretty people walk into the store. it was her dream to live in the city and have the fame wearing the pricey expensive luxury items that indicate to other people that she has slept her way to the top at some time in her Indian and now American Priyanka Chopra is right that Hollywood and Bollywood need more diversity but what it needs is it being dominated less by unrealistic beauties and replaced by women of all sizes, shapes, and figures and not ones that look like they just got off the catwalk.
