Dr Richard Wolff is an academic at the new York School of nimrods and he has taught other bizarre economics to students through the years including David Pakman of Massachusetts. Wolff is a fellow podcaster like Pakman and often appears on his show and in the weeks following Donald Trump's victory in the US elections Dr Wolff is repeating the familiar line that a nuclear armed China was not going to end their practice and reliance on exporting cheap Chinese goods to America.
Dr Wolff says it would be catastrophic for the Chinese economy to see these tariffs suggested by president-elect Donald K trump go into affect and there would be major backlash if the United States proceeded with such policy. now that some how Dr Wolff figures in this line of thinking that the United states should keep this unequal trade policies and currency manipulation going--which has disastrous consequences of the American economy -- going because he is worried about the military advances and might of China is absurd. it is surprising that a r Wolff keeps trying to be an alarmist of this as the United States has China surrounded by many nations all with a fear and long history of battling Chinese over lordship and economic domination.
Whether the United States and the West wanted to build up a Chinese capitalism in the largest communist country as reasoning for giving away factories, dreams, and jobs is the only likely and practical answer to why this economic blunder occurred for America. Alas though all experiments and things come to an end and china will have developed a market internally to grow and keep their economy going and as Dr Wolff says capitalism is a boon and bust cycle throughout its history. The people who elected trump figure its time for America to experience the capitalist boonand China is going to have to have some bumps in the road eventually and it is surprising tha D Wolff and Pakman think this should not occur to might China. 
I am puzzled at these socialists who think somehow China will wage war and force Americans to keep buying the junk they produce and then globally threaten the environment shipping and burning fossil fuels to fill Americans suburban strip mall dollar chains. most of these cheap Indian owned stores are filled with products people have little need and wind up in the trash within a year or for resale at a garage sale idiots in this country seem to enjoy. as far as the punk Pakman he continues to refer to Mr Trump as Donald and seems unwillingly to accept the fact that Donald K Trump is president and the bust period for China's economic miracle and dream is coming to an end and was only made possible by trade policies set up by Christian evangelical nuts and traitorous trade policies set up to destroy both America and communist China as we knew it. these trade deals are not irrevocably enforced deals that must last a lifetime and perhaps Wolff forget we also have nukes. Another great Richard Wolff and David Pakman economic dialogue and the first one with the realization that your next president is Donald K Trump.
