Four hundred or so Bangladesh's working for pennies were killed in a garment factory fire. Bangladesh's get little respect from media and not the coverage human rights gets in Iran because the people are considered less than Iranians. Women will continue to shop at the Gap and collect like thousands of clothing and shoe items not knowing or caring about the sweat and death of these poor Bangladeshi workers who put themselves in hells way in a country that lets foreign corporations run amok. These corporations are inn it to brainwash women into consumer zombies addicted to habits of cheap clothing and a frivolous lifestyle while their gender compatriots overseas work in slave like conditions. The high fashion and cheap fashion industries are some of the most rotten profit slaying bastards around the world who take advantages of peoples misery and pathetic conditions. People in West could care less that seven hundred very dark Asians were killed so they can amass a clothing collection that would make Catherine the Great blush. When will the West become less a consumer driven society where internal selfish desires are curtailed to global awareness of their decisions. Ignorance and wealth go head to head so it may be some time. The quicker these people who run the fashion industry are exposed and taken down as a industry then a better place we will become.
