Carson's and JC Penny are having a difficult time getting twenty somethings and other young folks to shop at their places and deceptive advertising is one of the reasons. Carson's has coupons often for fifty dollars off a purchase of a hundred dollars but there is a glitch. You have to look under the tiny fine print or be told at the store which I imagine many shoppers have been told to their extreme dismay. You cannot use it for designer handbags including Brahim, Coach, Cole , Haan, Colombia, and others. You cannot use this discount for Asics, Fossil ,Levis, Free people, Karen Kane, NYDJ, nautical, Michael Kors, Steve Madden footwear, Silver jeans, Dooney and Bourke, lucky brand, Polo, among everything. basically I don't know what you can actually use on this discount and the way they can still use this advertising without larger imprint of all the things you can't use is deceptive. Carson's and its sister big box JC Penny need to go just on little things like this that are so annoying. So for this black Thursday it is best to avoid the sale requests from Carson's because you can't basically use it for anything except their brand.
