Donald Trump's comeback with easy access to cheap money

The author of many books Donald Trump is just some rich guy that publishers will allow to sell his writing sand complete on sense. This 1997 Donald Trump book called  "The Art Of The Comeback", is book Donald wrote trying to explain what a great mind he has for being able to come back from near bankruptcy. He talks about his battle with banks to restructure his debt and allow him to get new equity on some new properties.

The guy is a joke and basically he brags how he is ale to get his way with people more successful than other foreigners in dealing with people in New York City. Basically he says contractors got him some buildings by overcharging previous owners of this forty Wall Street in New York. He talks about his other properties in Jersey and how he managed to acquire Margo Land in Palm Beach, Florida. The Doanld also gives us a history of how he managed to get the building Trump Tower in New York built. This is a man whose only success and fame is building luxury buildings for the super rich and it is because of this to why he has any power over banks to getting more leverage for refinancing and so forth. If Donald hadn't been lucky to be in a situation to sit on property in Manhattan instead of Omaha this pencils dicked geek wouldn't been known to the world. Elsewhere in this book this corporate master talks about how he put maneuvered some Venezuelan for the Miss World contest. Rich South Americans are so into the pageantry and Donald knew this contest would be an easy sell to networks and advertising worlds. People like the Trump are epitome of the Wall Street dominance over Main Street and his ability to take in looted foreign money in his casinos is really not any awesome achievement in life as he would have people to believe. Make no mistake this is a modern day Robber Barron who basically scammed his way to greater wealth that was available only through inherited wealth through his ability to intimidate people during negotiations. Anyone who is in massive debt and able to demand to the banks for an additional sixty five million dollars is someone with greater leverage than even the average millionaire. Donald Trump is just a guy with loyal connections that keep getting him access to credit and then he uses this wealth to get his way with politicians and enemies who try to thwart his projects.  This is a guy who uses his acquired celebrity connections to make himself out as a bigger business man than he really is and any number he spits out about is wealth should be treated with greater skepticism than fools who insist they have talked to God. Like I said this guy is only rich and big because he owned some key spots in New York City and not Omaha, Nebraska. this is another shitty boring Donald Trump book
