Dan Carlin rallies against police again

Ed West
Dan Carlin is its of Common Sense podcast on the Internet and basically he shod just rename the podcast uncommon sense or police block. His podcasts in the past year have been all about people being desensitized to the militarization of the police force and the deployment of warfare equipment into the streets by the police is a result of the security state. This is a guy that says he remembers the Los Angels riots yet perhaps he forgot the destruction of property and buildings during this riot. Carlin likely didn't want guns to be pointed during that uprising but what the turkey forgets to bring up in the podcast is that this country is no longer in a position to take the financial lists of massive sixties style riots.
Dan Carlin will emit bullshit about police not being soldiers and looking and acting like soldiers. Police are a para-military wing and always have been and it is amazing that a guy like Dan Carlin that merits respect out in the podcasting world, often being listed as  having the top ones in the nation, would say such stupid stuff and question trained police tactics about crowd and riot control over the years. He questions why politicians do to get involved and side with the criminal class. Siding with three hundred pound muggers who get shot by going for a cops gone will really go well with middle America. Good call Dan.
Dan also says and asks when was the last time a crowd of protestors rushed a police line. Occupy Wall Steet and NATO protests were not apparently witnessed by Fan and there were several protestor charges towards police lines. Dan may of been out of the country during these events. For some reason Dan has an anti-police feeling and basically wouldn't want police to have guns at any protests that are large and could go awry and get ugly very quickly. Molotov cocktails were being thrown at the police in Ferguson yet Dan made four or five comments that police should be fired for pointing weapons at a crowd. Police do not have weapons and this new military hardware to be ostentatious. The military hardware is because of years of unruly college crowds that riotous drunken revelry threatened the safety of cops. Why should police go into a situation not have protection for their personal safety as a public officer and a target of the unruly dangerous crowd. I they had these militarized police force I guarantee that the La riots and the black urban destruction of the sixties would never occur. This is ostensibly the reason why guys like Dan Carlin and other extreme anti-police activists hate the idea of police having tanks to control a crowd that wants to cause havoc and property destruction.
