Thomas Piketty schools German magazine

   French socialist economist was interviewed in a German magazine and basically schools the interviewer and the readership of this magazine on the Greek crisis. Pikketty brought out that Germany is the best example of a country that never repaid its debt and its power and wealth as leader of the Europe is a significant factor of this example. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-07-06/piketty-germany-has-never-repaid-its-debts-it-has-no-standing-lecture-other-nations . He brought up the massive debt that France faced after its humiliating war in 1871 to a German Prussian empire that was expanding across borders and this would be a forerunner of wars to come that cost Europe so dearly including places like Greece. Pikketty laughed into the interviewers face and repeated that Germany is the best example of a country that never repaid its debt nor followed the principles it is now demanding on the Southern European societies. The German economic miracle was only provided from the generous terms of lending and building up of the country as a bulwark against the perceived threat that eastern Europe and Russia was seen during the heightening of the cold war as people demanded that the high reparations of the first World War were too severe and is often regarded as a reason for the second war. Greeks are not as numerous as germans or seen as such a military threat so Germany can feel free to bully it much in the same way America bullied Guatemala and Honduras through the decades. Pikketty answered the question whether Germans were too generous pointing out the mass profits Germans are making from the lending and forced austerity that has many Greeks begging on the streets and searching into dumpsters as if a World war just concluded and admonished Germans who want to kick the Greeks out of the Eurozone. Germans should be shamed in fighting and  not extending the help to them that Germans received following World war II from both the Americans and Russians to build up their countries despite demands that the German nation be erased altogether. Never more of a germ of humanity as existed.
