Craft beer owners dont like government intrusion and rules

Baxter Lomax
Many of thee old rich dudes reentering the craft beer revolution complain on out-dated government regulatory processes that they have to deal with their new business ventures to lower their taxes for income. I still say this is why so many people are getting into this "new" industry and trying to use their new incomes and big beer corporate backlash to their advantages with new trends for consuming more expensive beer. Jeb Bush got into the act saying these old rich white people having to require a licensed to compete in this industry is similar to prohibition rules. Jeb Bush also doesn't like it that it is difficult for brewers to sell across state lines. The Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade bureau representatives reminded tis idiot bush who will soon drop out of the race that its application process is to insure reputable and qualified folks can sell beer and that thousands of people are not poisoned in a year that happened during prohibition when every scumbag loser with a distiller created drink and much of it was a combination of saw dust and dangerous chemicals.  Alcohol is a major drug and needs rules on how the sale and manufacture should be run and inspected and what is so difficult for these morons to understand. I can't just go to my bathtub and make some stuff and then put in a tap in the Itasca Inn and sell this beer to some u unsuspecting  sap who sees Budweiser on the tap label. These brewers also don't like the government inspecting each and every label they want to create  as Kelson brewing Companies Erik Olsen complained on the time it takes to get approval.
Henniker founder Dave Currier was furious that he had to stop referring his old-fashion porter "soothing' because regulators said it can be referred to a medical claim  which this old bastard doesn't seem to understand that he just can't claim and write on a label. The arrogance of these craft business people wishing they can do anything they want astonishes me and it must be their years of business leadership and experience from their past successful ventures gives them an air of superiority against any force that questions their ideas. This is exactly why these business people hate any regulatory processes that slow their time and does its job of investigating bogus claims that these jackasses would put on their label and sell to the dumb suckers if not for government eyes observing what these businesses try to do. Currier was also upset that some rival out of state beer company was trying to sell a oatmeal beer with a bay on a label and he told the wall Street Journal that New Hampshire regulators thought in implied underage drinking. actually getting rid of the baby looking bottle was necessary because you have a bunch of fucking idiots who would think that this is something you give to a baby. Currier is a idiot not to see that. These craft beer companies actually need to have al their logos and beer labels examined as with Joe Camel cigarettes clearly these asses want to attract a younger audience with some of their labels. These old rich White dudes don't like having to ask government for permission and they are pushing the envelope too far. Many of these video game looking beer labels need to be outlawed and seen for what it is and that is trying to encourage and gain market advantages and identity loyalty at an early age and that obviously starts well before 21.
