King Salam of Saudi Arabia knows he has a predicament. the modern world is moving into a more global connected business trade patter and intolerant barbaric kingdoms like his don't have a place. The days of tolerating this kingdom regardless of oil reserves is coming to an end and greater freedoms to the migrant population and women are forthcoming. King Salman even admitted this and stressed that for the survival of the kingdom economic diversification and less Islam is needed. actually I don't think he said less Islam but most likely a less strict less dictatorial form of Islam will need to take place and replace the extreme Wahhabism Nazism that existed. The United States has long tolerated tis form of brutality and the Islamofacism that Saudi Arabia represented and exported through the years until the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the CIA saw the results of this policy. King Salman knows the Islam put forth and backed by his kingdom cannot hold against the forces of secularization and globalization and eventually the son of a bitch will have to let women drive. The best way to prevent women from moving forward was denying them the drive and is exactly why this backwater desert hick country has long denied the opportunity for women to move about freely in an automobile without a male relative. I mean this practice alone is why this Kingdom will have to change if they really want to change and diversify their economy unless trading camels and slaves is what they are thinking. salmon knows that the future of the kingdom cannot be run as it has in the past where labor abuse of foreign workers was ignored and Arabs turned a blind eye to how their countrymen treated Afghanistan and Nepalese workers. A Saudi Republic wull have to give greater freedom and voice to these people as well including equality and citizenship regardless of national origin or religion. The days of Saudi Arabia being a Islam supremacist state cannot continue if this fool really wants to diversify and odernize an economy.
