Don Smiley is happy these days as CEO of the biggest music festival in America which is Milwaukee's summer fest. This son of a gun has seen his total compensation increase from 280,000 to over 770,000 and all Americans should of enjoyed such dramatic increases in wages that this fuck head has since 2005.
Don Smiley has reason to smile and lay back on his couch being paid such extravagances -more than the president Barack Obama himself for a two week event that is held once a year mainly with nobody bands and old fizzed rockers. 
The absurdity that this guy should profit so much for himself while many of the musical acts get nothing for their performances is enough to justify mass protests at this event which was originally intended back in 1968 as affordable event for people of all incomes and areas of the city. Milwaukee mayor Tom barrett is calling for the board to be more transparent and explain while the CEO pay has to be so bogusly extreme. the board that rewards this jerk with that salary for a part-time summer event is a twenty six member board of directors of the Milwaukee World.
Many board members say smiley is a nice guy often smiling and has done a great job managing this event in Milwaukee despite it not even coming close to the one million attendees that Summerfest hit in 2002. Smiley is a political big wig appointed by Scott Walker for the Milwaukee Miller Park board and obviously a big part of his salary leaves open the possibilities of campaign contributions that many of these fucks use to buy into these boards and support the scumbag politicians that put them in position and give them a blank check to decide how much they think they are worth and should get paid.
