State police organizations from around the country are warning residents not to be shocked and swept up in the creepy clown ritual this season as they were so scared in the past. Stephan King is a master manipulator and he is coming out with a clown It movie from hell this fall and Stephan King along with John Wayne Gacy are two individuals who have helped reshape societal thinking on clowns. John Wayne was some serial killer in the seventies who often dressed up as a clown and innocently took children off the streets who were lured by his clown-like fun appearance. Authorities do not know how many young boys were killed under the madman Gacy who enjoyed killing boys in clown gear. Stephan King at around the same time wrote a clown killer book called "It" which has been made to movies several times and its reincarnation this fall into another full-feature thriller horror movie is surely to wake up the zombies and dress up geeks into clown wear. Stephan King is a neurotic and eccentric disturbed individual and luckily for the public he takes out his evil mind in writing but the damage he has done to the clown industry and independent contractors no longer to get party gigs with kids parties has been major irreversible damage.
Police wasted many manpower hours investigating reports, some erroneously, of crazy clowns in the woods scaring children and threatening communities and unfortunately this appears it will be an annual scary fall ritual in the weeks leading up to Halloween.with this in mind state and local authorities in many jurisdictions already released a press report to the communities that they shouldn't be so freaked out by clowns in woods and maybe they should just accept it as a natural part of the season and human diversity of dress an so forth. Of course, though, many of these clown pranks and woods scars will likewise take time during hunting season in rural communities and allowances for new category of hunting license for clowns is being considered in many parts of the South and West to combat this growing scourge, plague, and annoyance in October.
