   Nigel Travis is head CEO of Dunken Donuts that works hard with corrupt local villages to get cheap bad eye sore construction create that would further give shame to James Howard Kuntsler. Dunken Donuts in Chicago and New England just is on a tear in creating new outlets and build of small shitty stores few wish to hand out and stay long. In fact, most times I drive by some of these three hundred Dunken Donuts in the Lake Michigan area most are often empty and few people want their bad coffee, crappy Baskins over-priced ice cream, and stale morning made donuts. The exigency of the hedge funds to push and help construction firms building all of this unnecessary and unneeded retail outlets for the likes of Nigel Travis is  a major economic problem of suburbia's massive number of empty storefronts for lease depreciates areas. Graham House 318 has doors like a house and an upstairs tight quarters that one can never have fun venturing and discovering going into a shit hole of one of Nigel's beloved Dunken Donuts zoned for one room sameness across America and if America prefers to run on crap like this as DD claims then it is a sad fact. It should be American hedge funds prefer to run on cheap construction and funding of chains that have no shame to look all the same. Nigel wishes not to see people know their local barista such as Ian and come often making a visit of an independent coffee house as their third place. Corporate America and local village leaders also do not wish to see this as well and is why they give a preference to boring  places like Dunkin Donuts and this problem for local leaders goes back to the coffee house being a place to spread information in 16th century England as well as the

Only the fat slobs like our own Jason Percy enjoy this type of experience and going to Dunkin Donuts is really no different than going to your corner liquor store. Nigel Travis create simple building where all box donut stores look the same filled with more parking and drive thru space than actual seating interior zones to an exclusive agreement that ensures massive profits for Dunkin corporation and their foolish franchises.

What really irks me about this business is how bad the construction and build is and Nigel Travis and his developers seek to maximize profit with creation and village domination of these crappy business and they keep building even though there is no demand to fuel this growth.

What Nigel Travis really worries about though are cool coffee houses that are local institutions and great gathering places and something a community can really enjoy and support not being a disposable creation that could be converted to Juan's street taco joint overnight. Dunkin Donuts is the anti-coffee house and most are small because serving the public is not a high priority as is just getting people in and out grabbing their bad water coffee and fake egg sandwich.

Nigel Travis though worries about these legitimate coffee houses and cool venues that is Geneva, Illinois tranquil house business setting where great caffeinated drinks and an ideal cool looking interior is a preference for many than a shit hole ubiquitous  cookie-cutter Dunkin.
