Macy's and other retail giant looking to lease and sell space in desperate move for more free money

Jacoby Genevese
Macy's may sell out all available retail space one day where the brand retailer becomes kaput. News of the other day that Chicago's Macy's in downtown Chicago would be selling its upper floors is a trend other struggling retailers are attempting to do and they shrink and shrink all available space until it will become a point that Macy's, Carson's ,Lord and Taylor and all giant retail stores are the size of Radio Shacks. The thirty million deal will allow some company to purchase part of Macy's storefront space in the magnificent historical building for some office rental space, which is just nuts and is part of a trend done by Macy's before leasing space to Amazon in its Seattle store.
Retail giants are now apparently finding it more profitable not to sell and produce wear for consumer but now to rent out space that is attractive for others to hold on as sales slip and consumers do not have the available funds to purchase items from the likes of Macy's that worked fruitlessly to purchase and drive other high end retailers out of business. The name of the game is space and asset creation and real estate appreciation my friends as Dr Richard Wolff would say and Macy's has lead this scam more unlike any other retailer we have seen. Renting out space to high end office workers has taken priority than to the srt of American shopping in downtowns and this change is a result of the change in the economy of funneling unearned money into the field of technology whose main goals are open borders and the destruction of unique cultural traits of countries so they serve no reminder or practical use and Macy's was used entirely for this purpose and erasing of America holiday traditions to instead be taken over by technocrats and plutocrats.
