Richard Florida says nada as developers seek to transform Miami's Overton and Little Haiti from shit holes into luxury living

Development is coming to the high ends of Miami as the investing elites worry about rising tides of climate change and the impact it will bring about to the elite city. Developers have their eyes set on the shit holes of little Haiti and their small businesses and community long established in Miami and many activists are worried about their eventual replacement. Many urban designers and developers are realizing that infrastructure needs to be on the highest ground in Miami and are realizing  that many of these areas are currently inhabited by folks that should be living in Jamaica or Haiti instead of Miami and they make the city look bad by their mere third-world presence. Many top developer including Kirkland Lanagon are looking to transform formerly ghetto shit hole Haitian communities into more global living for wealthy Latins,Asians, and Indians.

I have a suggestion though for the outcome of gentrification for the people in Little Haiti and perhaps they should move to near by Haiti. I tried to call out to famed rockstar urbanologist Richard Florida for his take on the fight but he has tus unanswered my phone calls.
against  these five major projects that would turn Miami's shit hole little Haiti area into a globalist condo complex and improve the looks and vibes of shit holes in Miami. Even the ghetto ho place of Overton is under threat of improvement ans this long dangerous no go zone is under threat and direct replacement of this Miami riot prone areas would be great.
Many people don;t realize the four riots and brutal lynch mobs of blacks seeking to kill people base don their skin color that occurred in the shit hoe that was Miami in the late seventies and on because of court trials against policemen that they did not like. Little Haiti and Overton need to be bulldozed and replaced long returning these areas to civility and wealth increase. The developmental urban phase of Miami and the realization that climate change is affecting the coastal elites and displacement of trash communities is a dream for Richard Florida and I am sure he will examine this issue and fight
