Constellation brand is a globalist beer distributor and company they're bought out Ballast craft brewery in 2016. it has just sold the California based craft it purchased for One billion dollars back in 1919 6 to add to their brand of bears and it has sold this brand to kings and convicts brewery in Highwood, Illinois. The amount of fraud and loss they constellation corporate globalist brand lost in its purchased of a craft brewery that once was valued at 1 billion dollars is amazing and typical of the ponzi scheme that has and always has been part of the craft beer Renaissance and brewery industrial complex. Kings in convicts purchased ballasts point bearer, which few people order anymore . Ballast beer has now been devalue to a 100 million dollars in this is a price of kings and convicts apparently paid for and to constellation brands for them to take this worthless brand out of the global corporate consolation brand asset ownership. In reality phallus was never even worth one billion dollars and for constellation brands to even purchase this in November 2015 for
their value shows what a joke in a scam for a whole craft beer and purchasing of brands from the big players has been. Ballast beer in its brand was not grown as what constellation as expected and basically this is another craft beer company that was taken over by a large corporation and driven further in the ground whether purposely intent or not. It now appears that ballasts beer would have been better off being a remaining in independent. What's really strange about this purchase by this Highwood, Illinois small brewery of ballasts craft beer from constellation is a consolation is so much larger thank Kings and Convicts and how and where kings and Convicts 9 employee nine employees n te North shore suburb of and Highwood and where this company found the gummy money to purchase this once powerful independent craft their name from a global conglomerate such as constellation brands is not known nor will be for any time.
Constellation brands as we always suspected is a funneled outlet for drug money form the Mexican cartels and the fact that it would sell this worthless asset to something called Kings and Convicts craft brewery and something of that name would exist should not be too surprising. There was much anger in the craft community that Ballast sold out but in reality the wonders were participating in a ponzi scheme and the over-valuation of such silly companies is the intended purpose and it was never the intended purpose of Ballast wonder to keep Ballast as an independent company and to seek to cash out to a bigger bull in this bull market. Ballast is much like Blatz and is kaput an becoming an entity to an even less kn own craft beer brand with obvious ties to Mexican cartels than Constellation is the coup de grace of humiliation and the end of Ballast. there was no room and the Mexican elites and cultural jingoists didn't want any competition n Ballast and the growth of a new American brand and Constellation didn't want anything p cut into their Mexican globalists" brands of Victoria, Modelo, and Corono leaving no question the the culture and origin of these beers.
