     Both the cities of Naperville and Waukegan are playing a pitch for the Chicago Bears as a possible Arlington Heights deal seems to fail and not fall trough. The Chicago Bears may still build a immense development and sports themed complex in the area of the former failed race track of Arlington Park. However it is very evident that the Chicago Bears want to be on the lakefront and whether this means Chicago or Lake forest or Waukegan or Milwaukee or even Green Bay remains to be see. Mayor Ann Taylor wants the Waukegan Bears to  be a

real possibility and this post-industrial city with a cool native American name that at last census was lacking diversity as 90 percent are Black and Brown ( an not Naperville Indian/Paki) Mexican and nobody goes to this city once the home of legendary  British television sensation Benny Hill, pool champion and legend Jack Bunny,  and famous World War I decorated soldier Jack "attack" Matlock.

There is alot of land and land that can be offered the Chicago Bears on the cheap and Waukgan will ever build and develop these lake lands unless something major like the Bears move in and this is a entire town that needs to be redeveloped and bulldozed with huge condo complexes put up like in every motherfucking downtown in the Chicagoland area. The Bears could be a major part in this corruption through construction and rebuild of the hometown of Benny Hill as this is bacillary all the town of Waukegan is known .
