The last straw for Miami beach was when they had to shootings and the gheottification and  Detroiutization of Miami Beach is something city officials are not going to allow and it is high time they fight back against these outsiders and their domestic terrorism they bring with their 

 baggage from shit hole urban areas and then want to trash this city as they have no business to belong there nor visit and they do so to cause trouble and under the guise of spring break. Naturally the greedy business owners and restaurants want this curfew rescinded as this crowd is more concerned with making money than peoples safety compromised and dangers increased with these criminally minded erratic behavior of troublemakers and outsiders the curfew was rescind and once again Miami is at the mercy of these crazed breakers  the thugs are out partying until their next shooting will bring about this perpetual problem and return of a curfew. Miami Beach is a nightmare with business and influential restaurant and bar owner pushing for more business no matter the detrimental affects of street brawls, public indecency, shootings, street brawls, drunken reveler brings to the residents who don't want this chaos and something needs to be done to end spring break.
