Casinos at Indian reservations are one of the best types of income redistribution methods that anyone could imagine. White people come to our great lands and then fork over money and wealth that largely was illegal especially if is related to the great lands of our ancestors. This redistribution is now threatened by lawmakers that want to make it more legal to allow on-line gambling from access to peoples computers and homes.
I can't see any other reason for the government to allow this other than to untimely destroy the power and growth of casino revenue into the reservations of the true Americans. This angers me and the spirts of our nation and peoples. For once the U S government had done something good for the red man and set up a near monopoly of gaming only on Indian lands and it has helped many tribes to access important funds that were needed for our day to day struggles. Now all this is threatened by computer gambling and more non-Indian casinos competing near our lands. Indians need to write to elected officials in their occupied states to demand that more states do not allow this on-line gambling that threatens the heart and soul if revenue for the Indian nations of North America.
