Jake "The Snake" Roberts makes an appearence in Chicago

   Jake "Snake" Roberts made an appearances and headline the main event of Chicago Style

Wrestling. Jake came in the ring minus his snake and really looked old and I was concerned for a moment. While Jake is clearly a strong big guy getting in the ring with a muscle bound twenty year old that fills the roster of most of the guys at Chicago Style wrestling might not have been a wise decision. Jake is about to be inducted to the WWE wrestling hall of fame in a few months and it would not look good if the sixty something year old man went there with a crutch. Luckily Jake utterly destroyed his much younger opponent like in ten seconds. For a minute I thought it was a fall job by the wrestler just to make Jake look good but then I have to consider how Mr Roberts was in the major promotions for so many years destroying opponents with his DDT. Jake gave a riveting speech after the match to the packed sold out crowd in Guerin Prep High School. he talked about how drugs almost ruined him and the number of friends in and out of the wrestling ring that succumbed to this disease
