Rush was certain that this slave movie would win from a Hollywood elite that wants to shove slavery into white America's mindset to be thinking about slavery as much as the black man. In fact rush wrote down and prepared to emphasizethe unusual fact that this movie even had slave in its title. Limbaugh didn't bother seeing this movie and didn't care about it except commenting on its certain eventual victory as best movie of the year.
