  Being a fat lard ass I am not really a health expert tat is why I like to read books from people who know how to fix that problemI am particular to themes written by babes and Jackie Warner is some reality television. Personality I suppose for reading her bio. With this celebrity nod she wrote 10 pounds in 10 days and I am not sure if this book is about losing that or gaining it. She tells you the truth about your metabolism and shows alot of pictures of her attractive frame doing exercise throughout this book. This book is more pictures than words which can be a good thing at times and this woman does alot of exercising in This read.
  It was a workout keeping track of her and I suppose some women that Nt those weight may find interest in this book. I actually looked and skimmed through the few written chapters of this book and it is full of some useful info. Jackie explains why there is little dairy in her diet and why she doesn't trust the shit. she also explains how food is a drug and the chemical process that makes so many people treat it like a constant substance they need to overly feed themselves into obesity. When you hit that candy bar  it releases many dopamine in your system or is it serotonin into the system. I forget. I really just wanted to see Jackie Warner do squats that is why I bought this oak at my local book sale and have something easy and fail able to put next to the toilet.
