Kayla was an Orca that was imprisoned by humans for the entertainment of people and the despair these whales face in captivity is seen in their depravity from time to time. A 1995 Sea World video came to light where an Orca was desperately trying to get out and into the audience in a desperate attempt to free itself. A great documentary about the affects of captivity for these giants of the ocean is called lack fish and this event occurred in the same park the movie presented some years back. Why this video just got out in a testimony of the internet and a unpredictability of Orcas in Sea World is something people should not be near.
When some little spoiled son of a bitch kid is killed by one of these creatures expectedly people will blame the fish for this attack instead of examining the effects of putting such a large creature in a small pen. Sometimes these animals can have out of ordinary bizarre behaviors and suddenly lunge at trainers and it became such a problem that OSHA banned trainers working in the tank with Orcas. One whale named Tilikum has managed to drag and pull out three people killing them instantly with the power of this creature. It is only a matter of time a park guest is pulled into the waters during a live event and law suits shut down Sea Worlds returning these captive entertainers back to the seas where they belong and it is a shame it will take events like this to curb Sea World.
