Baltimore exploded in an uprising not seen since the sixties as people want to blame middle class policemen for their plight instead of the billionaires in society. Baltimore is a city that has always been a dump and hell hole sixty percent black as crime and other infestations of urban decay pretty much made this a typical city to take flight. Baltimore pretty much was the east coasts version of Detroit though it had prestigious institutions who used their connections to the elites and money masters in finance to make certain enclaves more desirable than others in order to attract some professionals to help gentrify parts of the city for a real estate class. the amounts of subsidies and debt-fueled finance to places like the good side of Baltimore to make up for the ghetto side is what has put the United States in its current cycle of economic stagnation and near total collapse. The inner city people will always be recalcitrant to following law and order and glamorize those who are on the other end of the law.
The problem with Baltimore is that you have generations of poor breeding not knowing how to do anything right except crime and corporal punishment to their kids who then take it out on others in society in form of assaults and crime. The cheap jobs and easy lifestyle that brought so many blacks from the sharecropping fields of the South into the urban growing area of the North are long gone and the only simple solution is to put this American urban class into the areas that once resembled these cities in America at the turn of the nineteenth century. Blacks migrated once from a region in order to improve their plot and perhaps new migration to the growing cities and prospects in China and other parts of Asia and the Mideast are what is needed for African American citizens. they can see just how just and fair the criminal justice system is in places like United Arab Emits and Indonesia and see how the police really treat the lower elements of society always looking to cause problems.
