Vladimir Putin is beginning the annexation of Syria as a satellite state with deployment of a hundred and fifty thousand troops into the battle-scared land. The invasion is expected to go after the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa which Russia has been bombing for some time and the plans for a Russian Sea port colony in the Medittearrean have been planned for some time. P
An insider revealed: "It is very clear that Russia wants to sweep up the west of the country, taking Raqqa and all the oil and gas resources around Palmyra.
"This is fast becoming a race to Raqqa – to secure the oil fields they need to cleanse the region of insurgents, and the IS capital is vital to do that."e is also for the dwindling gas and oil fields that are left in Syria according to my insiders. the implications of Vladimir Putin's land grab in the Middle East is not clear but it is evident that a caveat has been put in place to the Turks and the French that the Russians will not be deterred in defeating this terrorist group that threatens Putin's ally and the coastal access Russian have long since enjoyed in this region. The Islamic state will be waiting for these troops without a doubt ready to fight the Russian center bear as vigorous as the Afghan holy warriors had done so several decades ago and Putin knows really this is not a fight he will win in the long run as history shows and likely will be making alliances with the Islamic state of Syria one day.
