Prospect Heights alderman ponder all these gambling cafes filling up bad strip malls

Earl Cunningham
In the quest for heap properties to fill up and get a tax-lowering business for their family, many business people in Chicago's suburbs, Rockford, and elsewhere around America are opening up gabling cafes. These cafes are created to create an illusion of revenue flow for these entrepreneurs can get government subsidies and tax breaks while serving their five to ten customers a dayy. So many, in fact, have decided to try to swindle that some villages and suburbs are trying to quell the growth of these establishments. case in point Prospect Heights which like most of Chicago's suburbs is home to big homes for white people to bam...ensure a big home and continuing value over-flation by the exclusivity of the poor and black. These families need a plan to afford their high housing taxes and a business plan that these gambling cafes, where there is absolutely no market or need, is a practical way for these people to lower their taxes through guise of business. Minnesota based Lieberman Cos. wanted to open their eighth Elsie cafes but finally alderman are questioning the need for another video gaming outlet in the village. What they should tell their fellow citizens is stop using tax-dodging tactics to open a worthless business  just so you can stick it to your neighbors and pay less in taxes helping out the local infrastructure and needed village maintenance costs .Basically these bad cafes that would never be allowed in trendy areas of cities are basically ways for the white business owner to swindle the few customers who come in and basically use this business as a personal tax shelter for themselves.
