What they should tell their fellow citizens is stop using tax-dodging tactics to open a worthless business just so you can stick it to your neighbors and pay less in taxes helping out the local infrastructure and needed village maintenance costs .Basically these bad cafes that would never be allowed in trendy areas of cities are basically ways for the white business owner to swindle the few customers who come in and basically use this business as a personal tax shelter for themselves.
