The rise and fall of Exile newspaper and Matt Taibbi's and Mark Ames dreams with Russian women

Jordon Morgan
Matt Taibbi and Mark Ames thought they had it made in Russia. They had opened up shop of a new English language subversive newspaper called the Exile back some many moons ago. They partied though in this conservative country like it was 1999 with Ames boasting of going to backpage.com and getting ten Russian blonde whores in one night. The wild antics and writing style of these bro dudes from America who thought they were still in Aplha Betta Kappa soon got them and their newspaper shut down through laws and accusations of violating Article four of the Federal service of Russian mass media telecommunications and Cultural heritage protection. The state accused Matt Taibbi and Mark Ames of spreading pornography, ethnic extremism, and drug use through their silly adventure of a newspaper based in Moscow. One has to think what these two dipstics really thought they were going to accomplish trying to replicate a Rolling Stone magazine in Mother Russia. Mother Russia is not your Uncle Sam and was not going to allow this subversive state-attacking journalism that our friend matt Taibbi is internationally known. As far as Mark Ames goes he is not our friend but some pathetic fiend who thought it was funny to play with the Russian kleptocrats and make fun of Vladimir Putin's head. These guys thought Russia was a joke and they were going to have a party but they had their paper shut and had to flee from fear of being shipped from Russia to a Turkish prson. You can catch the full story of the rise and fall of Taibbi and Ames' Exile newspaper through vanity Fair at http://www.vanityfair.com/culture/2010/02/exile-201002 and learn that an authoritarian state is something not to be messed with and attempt to start-up your own type Vanity fair magazine.
